Why is this useful? Well, one reason is that adapting your current business to blockchain isn’t exactly cut and paste. There are kinks to be worked out and that can be expensive and problematic on a productive blockchain. A PoC might also be needed to get a stakeholder to buy-into your company or to attract investors for early stage projects. Getting investors to buy-in is much easier with a real product that can be demonstrated live, instead of using the same old powerpoint presentations as everyone else.
That live sandbox is the most powerful feature of our PoC environment— it lets you try out the full functionality of an integrated blockchain environment, that interacts with countless other anonymous parties. But, unlike a productive blockchain environment, there are zero transaction costs, and no long-term commitment. There’s also no need to for regulatory pre-approval, which is itself a cumbersome, expensive, and time-consuming process. Because this is a non-productive environment you can start showcasing and testing your ideas right away, before obtaining approval.
So, what you can do with this PoC suite?
1) Create and administrate any kind of digital asset, ranging from asset backed tokens (e.g. digital gold) to commodities (water, food, energy) to IP rights, equity, and even documents.
2) Document digital assets in any language. Timestamp and proof this documentation on blockchain similar to a notarization process.
3) Tokenize and fractionalize.
4) Distribute tokens to any stakeholder.
5) Create simple rules for token governance to e.g. comply with a shareholder agreement or with AML regulations.
6) Buy and sell your tokens on a decentralized marketplace.
7) Showcase selling tokens against fiat currencies (USD, CHF, EUR, etc…) or Crypto (Bitcoin)
8) Create a webshop for tokens.
9) Showcase the redemption of tokens in exchange for real assets, or simulate a buy-back of tokens against fiat currency or Crypto.
10) Have your own wallet, which can be used for point-of-sale purposes and allows you to buy and sell tokens through a decentralized marketplace.
11) Have your own web-portal, which can be used to buy and sell tokens to and from customers and to perform KYC and AML checks.
The suite is fully whitelabeled and will be adapted to your Corporate Design by our team before handover. You can customize and configure the products to your needs and use it to gain more experience and insight into how blockchain technology works before you invest serious amounts of money for lawyers and a full-fledged productive system.
